By accessing or using the website and services provided by Integral Technologists LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.
Integral Technologists provides business setup, digital marketing, web development, managed staffing, GoHighLevel CRM setup, and related consulting services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or invoice shared with you before work begins.
We commit to delivering the services described in your engagement agreement with professionalism and reasonable care. However, you acknowledge and agree that we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, search engine rankings, or lead generation results, as these depend on numerous factors outside our control including market conditions, your industry, your participation, and third party platforms.
No liability is assumed by Integral Technologists unless we are able to demonstrate and prove the value of the work delivered. This means that if you believe the services did not meet the agreed scope, the burden is on us to show that the deliverables were completed as described. If we cannot demonstrate that value was provided according to the agreed terms, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly, which may include revised deliverables or credit toward future services.
That said, you acknowledge that value is defined by the deliverables agreed upon in your service agreement, not by subjective business outcomes. A completed website, configured CRM, or trained remote team member constitutes delivered value regardless of how your business performs after delivery.
Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or service agreement. We offer flexible installment payment options on all packages and services. The minimum monthly payment is 10 to 15 percent of the total invoice amount, with zero interest, zero overhead fees, and no penalty for early repayment. Work begins once the first installment or full payment is confirmed.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. If you cancel a project midway through, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees. We maintain detailed records of all services delivered, communications, and approvals, and we will respond to any chargeback claim with complete documentation of the work performed.
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, platforms, content, and information necessary for us to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by your unavailability or failure to provide required materials may extend project timelines without additional liability on our part.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, trademarks, logos, or materials you provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project (websites, designs, content, configurations) becomes your property. We retain no ownership rights to completed, paid-for deliverables.
We reserve the right to use anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, or systems we use in the delivery of services remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use, not transferred.
If you engage us for managed remote staffing services, the following applies: all remote staff members are employed by or contracted through Integral Technologists, not by you. We handle all hiring, training, supervision, payroll, and management. You may not directly hire, solicit, or contract with any team member we have provided to you for a period of 12 months following the end of your engagement with us.
If a team member is not performing to the agreed standard, we will replace them at no additional cost. Resource replacement timelines depend on role complexity: standard roles within 24 to 48 hours, specialized roles within one to two weeks.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or business-critical information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement. All team members working on your account operate under strict non-disclosure agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integral Technologists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any damages resulting from third party platform changes, downtime, or policy updates (including but not limited to Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, or hosting providers).
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide you with all completed deliverables and any necessary access credentials within 7 business days of termination.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our team, or fail to make agreed payments for more than 30 days.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For active clients, material changes will be communicated directly via email.
