Phase One

Start With a Conversation. No Pitch, No Pressure.

Every engagement starts the same way. A personal, no-pitch call with our founder. No templates. No reports generated by a tool. Just Faiz looking at your business with fresh eyes and telling you honestly what he sees.

Book a Consultation

Fill out a short form telling us what role you need, how many hours, and any specific skills or tools required. We respond within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call. The booking process takes less than two minutes and asks only for the information we need to make the call genuinely useful for both sides.

Discovery and Matching

Our founder personally gets on a call with you to understand your business, workflows, and expectations. We then source and vet the ideal resource from our Pakistan-based talent pool. For standard roles, we can have someone ready in 24 to 48 hours. For specialized or technical positions, allow one to two weeks for proper sourcing and vetting.

Onboarding and Training

We handle the entire onboarding process. The founder personally trains each resource on your specific processes, tools, and brand guidelines. You never have to teach or manage anyone from zero. By the time your remote team member starts their first day, they already know what you expect and how you work.

Ongoing Management

Your dedicated resource works under our full supervision. We ensure they log their hours, meet deadlines, and maintain quality. Communication happens via WhatsApp for fast, direct updates. If a resource is not performing, we replace them immediately at no extra charge. You get results. We handle everything else.

If you choose the full 90-day business setup package, here is the detailed breakdown of what happens during each phase.

Days 1 to 30: Your Complete Digital Foundation

We build your entire online presence from scratch. A professionally designed website, social media pages set up with content, Google Business Profile configured and optimized for local search, GoHighLevel CRM live with full integration, lead capture forms, dedicated phone numbers, and IVR. Every system is connected and tested. By day 30 your digital foundation is live and capturing leads. You do not lift a finger.

Days 31 to 60: Performance-Based Marketing

With your foundation live, we run your marketing. We study your brand, build your ad creatives, and launch Meta Ads and Google Ads. We optimize your website for SEO and your Google Business Profile for local search rankings. This phase is performance based. If leads come in, we grow together. If the marketing does not perform, you owe nothing for this phase.

Days 61 to 90: Automation and Your Remote Team

When marketing is generating leads, we automate your follow-up, booking, and client communication through GoHighLevel. Then we hire your remote team. Medical consultants, CSRs, developers, designers, and social media managers, selected, vetted, and onboarded for your business. You own the staff. We manage them. Your business scales without the overhead.

After the Program

What Happens After Day 90

When the 90-day program ends, you own everything we built. Your website, your social media accounts, your Google Business profile, your GoHighLevel account, and your brand guidelines are all yours. We hand them over fully and walk you through how to operate each one.
